These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ReviewsTriumph, a review management service operated by Prosivra Systems Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as needed.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Provide customer contact information without the necessary permission to contact those customers.
• Send misleading, false, or harassing review requests or messages.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service or its systems.
• Use the service to post or request fake reviews.

You are responsible for the customer information you provide and for ensuring you have permission to contact those customers by text and email.

ReviewsTriumph is offered as a monthly subscription. Plan limits determine the number of new review requests available each month. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may change plans or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect in accordance with your billing cycle. Because plans are monthly, there is no long-term contract and you are not locked into a long-term agreement.

By using the service, you authorize ReviewsTriumph to send review requests and follow-up messages by text and email on your behalf to the customers whose information you provide. You represent that you have obtained any required consent from those customers. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to stop receiving messages.

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

ReviewsTriumph helps you request reviews and follow up with customers. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, or business outcomes. Results depend on your customers, your service, and other factors outside our control.

All content, branding, and software associated with ReviewsTriumph are the property of Prosivra Systems Inc or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosivra Systems Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
